DEMO / CONCEPT PROJECT

AI Lead Qualification

A concept intake flow that turns a form into a structured brief for a human closer.

Project overview

The project looks at unstructured inbound requests. Demo scores are illustrative. No CRM is connected.

Problem being explored

Inbound requests arrive unstructured and a person still has to sort them.

Example user scenario

Fictional example: a form says “Need a brochure site and a chatbot, about three weeks, budget unset.” Classification might tag intent as inbound web+AI, mark budget unknown, and draft a closer brief — a person still decides the next step.

Proposed workflow

  1. FORM
  2. AI CLASSIFICATION
  3. LEAD SCORE
  4. STRUCTURED SUMMARY
  5. MANAGER / CRM

Architecture explanation

FORM → AI classification → lead score (illustrative in the demo) → structured summary → manager / CRM. Qualification rules (must-have fields, disqualifiers) belong to you in production.

Key features

  • Form intake as the source of truth
  • Classification of intent and missing fields
  • A score you treat as a hint, not a KPI
  • A structured summary for sales review
  • A planned CRM or inbox destination

Demo interface

Try Demo shows sample classification language. Numbers you see are not measured conversion and not a live score model.

FAQ

Are the scores on this page real predictions?

Scores in the demo UI are illustrative DEMO DATA. They show how a brief might look, not a trained model or sales results. A production scorer would use rules you approve and evaluation on sample leads.

Can qualified leads go into our CRM?

Validated fields can be created or updated in the CRM through its API once a field map and credentials exist. Irreversible changes can wait for a person. This page is not connected to a live CRM.

Who sets qualification rules?

You do: required fields, regions, deal size, and disqualifiers. The model classifies and drafts a brief; it should not invent commercial policy. Rules can be adjusted as the sales process changes.

Does a high score skip the manager?

The concept still ends with a person. Automation can notify the right queue and attach a structured brief. It should not silently close a deal or skip review because a number looks high.

Limitations

No CRM is connected. Scores are illustrative for the demo UI.

What production would require

Real form fields, scoring rules you approve, and a CRM or inbox destination.
